Return & Exchange Policy
Soho store and online purchases: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. For items bought in store you must provide the original receipt for unwanted items. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year. If your item is faulty or not as described, you have different rights (please see below).
Online purchases only: If you are a customer in the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel before delivery of your items, email us at email@example.com, or complete a cancellation form [link] via email or post. If you wish to cancel after receiving the items, return them to us within 14 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
Store-bought items can only be returned to our Soho store. For items bought online, please fill out the returns form included with your order. If you did not receive a returns form, please contact us via email. Our returns address is Palace Skateboards, P.O. Box 1354, Enfield, EN1 9BT. Online purchases cannot be returned in store. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
We cannot accept any returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see below).
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online or purchase a new item in store.
PAYMENT OF REFUNDS
Refunds in relation to online purchases will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items. Store credit refunds will be provided at the time of returning the unwanted items to our Soho store.
We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.
While returns can be made in our Soho store for items bought in that store, our Soho store and Head Office will not be able to help with any orders made online.

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.
